Method:
- Arrange the oysters on serving plates or a platter and top each oyster with half a teaspoon of Paradise Beach Purveyors Smoked Salmon Wasabi Dip. Garnish with a small piece of pickled ginger and a quarter of a teaspoon of caviar/black lumpfish roe.
