Oysters with Smoked Salmon & Wasabi

Method:

  1. Arrange the oysters on serving plates or a platter and top each oyster with half a teaspoon of Paradise Beach Purveyors Smoked Salmon Wasabi Dip. Garnish with a small piece of pickled ginger and a quarter of a teaspoon of caviar/black lumpfish roe.
  2. Makes 12.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tub Paradise Beach Purveyors Smoked Salmon & Wasabi Dip
  2. 1 dozen fresh oysters on the shell
  3. 1 small jar pickled ginger
  4. 1 small jar black caviar (black lumpfish roe)
