Pizza with Hommus, Olives, Tomato & Goat Feta

Method:

  1. Heat the oven to 200˚C.
  2. Place the pizza base on a pizza tray and cover the base with generous amounts of Paradise Beach Purveyors Classic Hommus.
  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes and artichokes in half then top the pizza base with the red onion, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives and halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Crumble the goat fetta on top and place in the oven to cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the edges of the pizza are crisp.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with baby rocket to serve.
  6. Makes 1 medium pizza.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tub of Paradise Beach Purveyors Classic Hommus
  2. 1 good quality pizza base
  3. ½ punnet cherry tomatoes
  4. 1 small jar of marinated artichoke hearts
  5. 12 medium Kalamata olives
  6. ½ red onion, peeled and sliced
  7. 100g fresh goat fetta cheese
  8. Handful of baby rocket leaves
